The yard is located in Maisons-Lafitte, a state-of-the-art training facility based 15 minutes from Paris city centre, 40 minutes from Charles de Gaulle and Beauvais airports and is ideally located in the substantial and idyllic training grounds. It provides easy access to the gallops.
There are a total of 4 gallops ranging from 6f to 1m1, both straight line and oval with a mixture of deep sand, fibre-sand and grass. This allows the horses to experience a variety of ground conditions while training.
The racetracks at Paris Longchamp and Chantilly are located 30 minutes from the yard which is a huge advantage and Fontainebleau and Saint-Cloud racetracks are also close. The racetrack at Deauville is only 2 hours from the yard.
French racings’ finances have continually increased over the past 10 years and the construction of several new All-Weather tracks at Deauville, Chantilly, Pornichet, Lyon la Soie, Pau and Cagnes-Sur-Mer has made flat racing in France an all-year-round attraction.
